Joanna Fleming

    An Evansville native, Joanna Fleming participated in RSCM and Voice for Life programs at First Presbyterian Church. She graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Music in vocal performance in 2018. Upon graduating, she spent two years as a voice teacher and music director for youth theater at The Foundry Center for the Arts in Newburgh, IN. Joanna also participated in the RSCM National Choir Tour in December 2018 under the direction of Bruce Neswick. She is currently pursuing a Master of Music in historical voice performance at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University. Outside of her school performances, she performed BWV 214, BWV 22, and BWV 102 with the Bloomington Bach Cantata Project, Isabella Leonarda’s Messe Prima with the Bloomington Early Music Festival, and Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater with Las Aves.

    Joanna is a political consultant and currently lives in St. Petersburg, FL with her fiancé and tabby cat named Waffle.
