Paul grew up in Cincinnati, OH, before moving to Indiana to attend college at the University of Evansville.

He now runs Blaylock LLC, his own electrical engineering firm. For over 25 years Paul has helped other companies develop their product offerings. He has several patents to his credit, and is a senior member of the IEEE.

Paul has always been a musician, and in 1995 he joined the choir of First Presbyterian Church, an RSCM affiliate started in Evansville by Dr. Darryl Roland. Since then he has continued to sing Baritone (Now Bass) for Robert Nicholls and has become a member of First Presbyterian Church. Paul has attended multiple RSCM Camps and has previously been Adult Proctor for the Kings course in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania.

When not singing or practicing piano, Paul and his wife Lora can be found working on their home which holds Paul’s 1971 Fiat, race car memories, and mother-in-law.
